After obtaining higher musical education Masha Sharoeva studied at the Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute, took Professor Oleg Savostyuk's classes in graphic arts and painting classes in Professor Alexander Volkov's private studio. Masha's creative works presented at the entrance exam to Slava Zaitsev's Fashion Laboratory became her pass to the world of fashion and got a high appraisal by the Maestro. During her studies at the Fashion Laboratory Masha's collections won top awards at the Russian Silhouette contests and the Smirnoff Design International prize while her "Materialization of Space" collection was the winner at the professional designers' contest named after Nadezhda Lamanova. As the best 2001 graduate Masha was invited to take a practical course at "Saga Furs of Scandinavia" Saga Design Centre in Copenhagen . In October 2003 as a graduate of Slava Zaitsev's Fashion Laboratory she became one of the winners at the Velvet Seasons in Sochi Russian Fashion Festival. Now Masha Sharoeva is a costume designer for such advertising agencies as A.C.Production, Art Pictures, Yartche! (Brighter!), NFQ, Action Film, Just Production, Amber Studio, Bazelevs, Central Partnership movie studios and Nikita Mikhalkov's ThreeT studio. Her works won due acclaim from movie producers Pavel Chukhrai, Yaroslav Chevazhevsky, Ulyana Shilkina, Andrei Lukashevitch, Vassily Chiginsky, Igor Zaitsev, cameramen Mikhail Agranovich, Vlad Opelianets, Igor Kozhevnikov, and others. As a stylist Masha works with famous variety singers, movie and stage actors. She has designed costumes for Dzhanik Fayziev's Turkish Gambit film (ORT television project), for Ulyana Shilkina's Equator movie. Masha Sharoeva has been a perpetual participant in the Russian Fashion Week, the largest fashion show event in the Eastern Europe. She was the guest of honor at the international Crystal Silhouette fashion contest (Kiev), the International Karinskaya Fashion Festival (Kharkov), Seasons of Fashion (Kiev), Prague Fashion Week (Prague, Czechia), Baltic Fashion Week (Riga, Latvia), Ukrainian Fashion Week (Kiev), Defile on the Neva (St.Petersburg), in May 2007 she had her show in Athens, Greece at the Athens Xclusive Designers Week, and in September the same year – at Fashion Forward International Week in Thessaloniki, Greece. 
Since February 2004 Masha has been teaching in the Slava Zaitsev's Fashion Laboratory. On October 19, 2004 the grand opening of the Masha Sharoeva's Designer Clothes Boutique was held.

 She works as a stylist with popular singers and actors, as a costume designer for the cinema industry and advertising agencies. Since February 2004 Masha has been teaching in the Slava Zaitsev's Fashion Laboratory.
